Bought in the iPhone app (through Apple): cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or tap “Manage subscription” in the app. Bought on the web: open the web app → Home → Money & tools → Plan & billing → “Manage subscription”. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep what you paid for until the end of the current period. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Apple purchases: Apple handles refunds for anything bought in the iPhone app — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Web purchases: refunds follow Section 6 of our Terms and any refund the law requires — email hello@rentershield.app from the address you bought with, and a person will answer.

In the app: open the Situations tab and scroll to the Account card → Delete account. Or request it on our Delete account page.
